If the HDMI connection stopped working with your 10 Port USB-C Hub, this is probably due to a bug in the Intel graphics driver.
Since we're not sure when Intel will fix this bug, the best solution is to update your hub. This can be done in one of two ways:
*In order to do this update on your own, your computer needs to have a USB-A and a USB-C port. You also need to make sure that you can turn off any anti-virus software as they can be triggered by the update.
If you need a temporary solution until your hub has been updated, you can perform a roll back on you driver. See the following instructions.
Do the following to get your hub working temporarily:
We recommend that you use the rollback feature in Windows, but for some it might not be possible. In that case you can either search for older drivers from your computer manufacturer, or use Intel's driver once you have ensured that it works with your setup.
We have ensured that Intel® Graphics Driver 30.0.101.1404 will work with the hub.
