How do I choose the right charger for my device?
The right charger depends on both the device you want to charge and how you plan to use it. To find the right charger for your needs, start with these three questions:
What device are you charging?
A phone, tablet, laptop, or several different devices?
How much power do you need?
Check how many watts (W) your device can support to choose a charger with enough power.
Do you want to charge multiple devices at once?
If you want to charge, for example, your phone and laptop at the same time, a charger with multiple USB ports may be a good option.
How much power does my device need?
The amount of power you need depends on the type of device you're charging. Phones and tablets typically need 25-45W, while laptops usually require 60W or more for efficient charging.
It's perfectly fine to use a charger with a higher power output than your device requires. Your device controls how much power it draws, so a 65W charger can safely be used with a phone that only needs 25W.

Which cable do I need for my charger?
The right cable is an important part of charging. You can buy chargers and cables separately, or choose a complete charging kit that includes a cable. When choosing a cable, consider the following:
- What cable length do you need?
Choose a length that fits how and where you plan to use the cable. - How and where will you use the cable?
Different situations may call for different types of cables. For example, a Data Blocker cable helps you charge safely while traveling, while our MagRoll cables are convenient for use in the car or at home and help keep cables from getting tangled and cluttered. - Does the cable support the power you need?
To take full advantage of your charger's maximum output, make sure the cable has support for the power your device and charger require. - Is the cable built to last? Our cables are designed with different types of reinforcement and undergo bend testing to help ensure they can withstand frequent use over time.
