What is the warranty on my product?
Most Unisynk products have a warranty of 2-5 years even though they often last longer than that.

If you purchased your product from one of our resellers, you need to contact them in order to make a return or exchange. Please check the reseller’s return policy for more information.

For online purchases you can return or exchange your product within 2 weeks from the actual purchase.

Which phones are compatible with our holders for the car?
Our holders work with all smartphones up to 168 mm and smaller tablets in horizontal position. -
Why is my iPhone not charging with QI wireless charging?
With iPhone 11 and later, Apple changed some standards för Qi-wireless charging.
If you have bought our phone holders with wireless charging and it isn’t working, you can order a new Qi module here.

Why is the HDMI connection not working?
- Check for dust, dirt and grime in the USB-C port. Use canned air to clean the ports.
- Your laptop’s USB-C port might not support video. Either google your laptop’s datasheet to see what it can do or look for a “D” next to the port.
- The computer’s software might not send out enough power. Try plugging in your computer’s USB-C power cord into the hub.
- Corrupt drivers. Turn off computer, disconnect hub and charging, wait five minutes. Restart your computer and connect everything again. Try with hub connected and not connected. This forces the computer to reload drivers.
- Update drivers from your laptop manufacturer and OS. Go to your laptop manufacturer’s website and update drivers.

How do I connect external screens to a Unisynk hub?
Connect your external screen by using the HDMI ports on your Unisynk hub.The USB-C ports on the hub are only used for data transfers and charging of your device. The USB-C port that is used for charging is marked with “USB-C PD” (PD stands for PowerDelivery). The other USB-C ports are used for data transfers.
