Most Unisynk products have a warranty of 2-5 years even though they often last longer than that.

You can find the exact warranty of your product on the packaging or on the product page here on our website.

If you purchased your product from one of our resellers, you need to contact them in order to make a return or exchange. Please check the reseller’s return policy for more information.
If you are having issues with your product not working correctly you are welcome to contact our product support through the form at the bottom of this page.

For online purchases you can return or exchange your product within 2 weeks from the actual purchase.

At the moment we are only able to ship within Sweden.

Our holders work with all smartphones up to 168 mm and smaller tablets in horizontal position.

With iPhone 11 and later, Apple changed some standards för Qi-wireless charging.

1. Check for dust, dirt and grime in the USB-C port. Use canned air to clean the ports.

2. Your laptop’s USB-C port might not support video. Either google your laptop’s datasheet to see what it can do or look for a “D” next to the port.
3. The computer’s software might not send out enough power. Try plugging in your computer’s USB-C power cord into the hub.

4. Corrupt drivers. Turn off computer, disconnect hub and charging, wait five minutes. Restart your computer and connect everything again. Try with hub connected and not connected. This forces the computer to reload drivers.

5. Update drivers from your laptop manufacturer and OS. Go to your laptop manufacturer’s website and update drivers.

Connect your external screen by using the HDMI ports on your Unisynk hub.

The USB-C ports on the hub are only used for data transfers and charging of your device. The USB-C port that is used for charging is marked with “USB-C PD” (PD stands for PowerDelivery). The other USB-C ports are used for data transfers.
