Last updated 2024-04-16

These terms of purchase and delivery apply to purchases made by customers on the website unisynk.se of Universal Creation AB (with Swedish tax registration no. 556896-1493) with the address Warfvinges väg 11, 112 18 Stockholm. You can contact us via our customer service by clicking here.

When private customers order from us online, the consumer purchase law (1990:932), the distance contract law (2005:59) regarding distance and home selling contracts as well as the law (2002:562) regarding electronic commerce and other information society services (e-commerce law) apply.

When you make your order, you agree to the purchasing terms and we unfortunately cannot change the terms, even if you write these in your order unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to change the terms of purchase and delivery, but will indicate the changes on our website.

Prices and Discounts

Prices stated include VAT. Prices without VAT can be seen on the individual product pages. The price of the items you have ordered is stated on the order page and in the order confirmation that is e-mailed to you.

From time to time, we may run special discount campaigns which will require you to enter a unique discount code in the field provided at checkout. These discount codes always apply for a limited time, which is stated in the information on discount codes.

Order and delivery

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. Later, you will be notified by e-mail when your order has been processed and is ready for delivery. We reserve the right to not deliver any items ordered if special circumstances prevent us from doing so, e.g. we have experienced issues with production or other reasons which prevent us from delivering your ordered item. We will of course notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete delivery of the item you have ordered, we will refund any payment you have already made as soon as possible but are unable to provide compensation beyond this.

We require information from you in order to receive and process your order. Our order page tells you what information we need. By making a purchase, you consent to your information being stored in a customer database, and you consent to receiving mail-outs from us. You can unsubscribe from future marketing mail-outs using the link in the mail-out. We guarantee that the information we register about you will not be shared with third parties. Read more about how we process your personal data below.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of placing it with us, you have the right to cancel your purchase. We are not liable for compensating you for any deliveries not made due to circumstances which we could not have foreseen upon conclusion of contract and which are beyond our control (force majeure). Examples of such situations include fires, natural disasters, explosions, pandemics, quarantine, typhoons, flooding, war, civil unrest, labour suspensions, strike, any form of state intervention, suspension of operation of facilities or machines (including transport). If force majeure persists for more than 30 days from the time you placed your order, you and we both have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with immediate effect. In such a case, we shall only be obliged to refund the sum you have paid to us.

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at the respective product.

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fees, currently SEK 150.

Payments

You make payment for your orders to the business partner stated at the time of ordering and use one of the payment methods we offer our customers for each individual purchase. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions applied by our partner. You also accept that our partner acts as creditor instead of us for all purchases made on credit.

Purchases made by business customers are payed via Klarna powered by Billie (Billie B2B BNPL or Billie Kauf auf Rechnung).

Returns

You always have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the law (2005:59) regarding distance contracts and contracts outside of business premises. The time period of the right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made item – or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided information.

If you change your mind and want to return an item, it must not be damaged or used and the item must be returned in its original packaging. You also need to message us making it clear that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, and please state the reason why. Furthermore, you have to pay the return shipping costs if the item is not subject to an evident fault which can be attributed to our responsibility as a supplier.

Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of an exchange we pay the new freight from us to you.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods.

Complaints

These purchase terms are subject to Swedish law. As a private customer, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) in order to have any disputes reviewed outside of the courts. In the case of cross-border purchases, disputes can be resolved using the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Visit the ODR website at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
